FAQ
Questions about the rigs, the kit, hardware, and ordering.
-
Rigs are available for collection from our workshop. Contact us at hello@esportsimulation.com to arrange a collection time after ordering. If you need delivery, contact us before ordering and we will quote a delivery cost based on your location.
-
Lead time depends on current build schedule. Contact us for a current estimate before ordering — we will give you a realistic timeframe, not an optimistic one.
-
The platform was designed around direct-drive wheelbases (Moza, Simucube, Fanatec DD-class, Simagic, Asetek) and load-cell pedal sets (Heusinkveld, Asetek, Simagic). Confirmed fitment patterns are pending Callum's engineering verification — see the hardware page for current status.
-
The DIY Plans Kit is a physical parcel containing the printed engineering drawing set (dimensioned to ASME standard), the printed Cutting, Assembly & Finishing Guide, the Barrel Nut Drilling Tool (the purpose-made jig for correct barrel nut positioning), and all specified fasteners. No digital delivery, no email downloads — everything ships in one parcel. It is for fabricators who work from engineering documentation.
-
No. The DIY Plans Kit ships a physical printed drawing set and guide. No digital files are delivered by email or download link. This is a deliberate decision — the physical kit is the product.
-
The cockpit is hardware. It works with whatever software you run. It does not interfere with SimHub, Crew Chief, or any other sim software. It has no electrical components, firmware, or software dependencies.
-
The display mounting geometry was designed with triple-screen setups in mind. Confirmed mounting spec and screen-size support is pending Callum's engineering verification — see the hardware page for the current status of this claim.

Pricing is TBD and will be published before launch. We are not going to publish a number we are not ready to stand behind. Sign up to be notified when pricing is confirmed.

The kit supplies the engineering documentation, the drilling jig, and the fasteners. You supply the material, cutting and fabrication equipment, and the time to work from engineering drawings. The guide is written for fabricators — not consumers.
