What you get

Dimensioned to ASME standard — the same drawings the cockpit was built from. The set includes full detailed drawings for every component and two 96 inch by 48 inch sheets ready to adhere to the MDF board for direct cut out and drilling. Using these sheets there is no need to transpose or interpret the drawings in order to cut out and drill the components.

The Cutting, Assembly & Finishing Guide walks through each fabrication stage. The Barrel Nut Drilling Tool is the purpose-made jig for correct barrel nut positioning. The fasteners included are the ones specified in the drawings, labelled.

What you need to supply: material, cutting and fabrication equipment, and the time to read the drawings properly. This kit is for fabricators who work from engineering documentation.

Drawing Set Scope and Confirmed Material SpecificationsVerification pending

Engineering verification in progress. We are not going to publish a number we have not verified. Confirmed specifications will be published here once Callum's review is complete and signed off.

One kit — the full platform

The DIY Plans Kit covers the complete eSport Simulation platform structural geometry. It is not split by rig type — the platform architecture is the same discipline across all five cockpits. Configuration choices (seating position, column angle) are resolved in the drawings and the guide.
